I'm an author and online integrative therapist, supervisor and coach (with counselling, yoga, NLP, EFT and crystals) based in Witham, Essex.

I work with people who are ready to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. Taking a unique holistic approach, I help them create happier, fuller and more peaceful lives.

I believe that we all know what's best for ourselves. I love supporting clients, students, supervisees, audiences and readers in tuning into their inner wisdom and helping them tweak (or overhaul) their lives, work and relationships for the better

Some of my story

I was (and remain) my first client. I have personal experience with insomnia (from primary school until my 20s), trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic pain (eased by complementary therapies and big lifestyle changes and a focus on self-care) and, of course (who doesn't) stress. 

I also have personal experience of getting unstuck and making changes - large and small - to transform my own life, guided as much as possible by what brings more joy. 

For as long as I can remember, I've been interested in finding things that work. Tools we can use to help ourselves.  

As well as sharing these tools with clients and students, I use them daily myself. 


I set up my private practice (initially called Apple Coaching) after I qualified as a complementary therapist and life coach in 2004.  

I also became a freelance journalist, writing mostly about psychology, health and wellbeing and being in the privileged position of being able to interview some of the biggest names in wellbeing. You can read some selected features HERE

Since 2004, I've added additional therapies and practices and integrative clinical supervision to offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to creating and sustaining embodied wellbeing.

How can I help you?

All of the therapies I use have helped me as well as countless clients. And many of them are things I can teach you to do for yourself.
